SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping within India for orders above INR 2499.
For orders below INR 2500, a non-refundable shipping fee of flat INR 100 will be charged.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, there is a standard shipping fee of INR 100.
For COD orders, we can contact you for verification purpose before shipping out the package.
Please note that we reserve the right to not deliver an order if we believe that the address is not secure.

After order placement, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or text message. If you do not receive any confirmation, please contact us via email at support@culturekraft.in or WhatsApp at +91 9004255183.
Apparel orders are dispatched within 5 to 7 working days.
Non-apparel orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days.
Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 7 working days after dispatch.
After your order is dispatched, you will receive order tracking details and invoice via email.
Remote areas or exceptional circumstances, including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters, natural calamities (rains, flood, earthquakes, etc.), strikes or other operational challenges, may affect the delivery schedule and timelines. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

We partner with trusted and reputable courier services to ensure timely and secure deliveries.

Change of address will be accepted only if order has not been shipped.
