- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, there is a standard shipping charge of INR 100.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
- We offer easy returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
- A credit note for the full amount will be issued, with a validity of 1 year from the date of issue. We do not offer cash refunds.

Hand Embroidered Products- Hand embroidery is a meticulous and artistic process done by skilled artisans. Due to the intricate nature of this craft there may be variations in thread colour, embroidery pattern, and possible thread floats.
Handloom & Handwoven Products- These products are handmade by skilled artisans, reflecting their expertise and dedication to the craft. Owing to the manual nature of this craft, slight variations in pattern, colour, texture and size may occur from one product to another. There may be shredding of natural fibres, particularly jute yarn.
